1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dupli-Spot, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.
2. Our Services
Dupli-Spot currently provides Mini-Spot for duplicate scans, Track Lookup for ISRC/URL/text research (including Batch Lookup and Global Search navigation), and the upcoming Playlist Workspace for playlist audits. Global Search and Track Lookup can be used without signing in; Mini-Spot and the Playlist Workspace require authentication and a connected Spotify account.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. User Responsibilities
Use the services lawfully and avoid attempts to probe, break, or reverse engineer the platform. Do not share malicious content, infringe rights, or interfere with other users. You are accountable for any data you upload, import, or generate through Dupli-Spot.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using Dupli-Spot, you consent to that processing and affirm that the data you provide is accurate.
6. Third-Party Services
Dupli-Spot integrates with Spotify, Supabase, and other providers to deliver the experience. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we do not control their policies or practices.
7. Intellectual Property
The software, content, trademarks, and designs are owned by Dupli-Spot or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any proprietary materials without prior written consent.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep Dupli-Spot online but may suspend or limit access for maintenance, upgrades, or safety reasons. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dupli-Spot and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for behavior that violates these Terms or that may harm other users, us, or third parties. You may also close your account by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when needed. Material changes will be announced through the app or other appropriate channels. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
